I chose ����ԭ�� for its partnership with Lancaster University and the chance to step out of my comfort zone and experience Malaysia. The teaching approach was personal, with smaller classes and easy access to lecturers. Studying abroad made me more resilient, improved my communication skills, and deepened my appreciation for cultural differences. I loved living in Malaysia and exploring the country. I highly recommend Sunway—it’s a fantastic place to study! 

I chose ����ԭ�� because I was excited to study in Malaysia and explore a culture so different from the one I was raised in. Sunway City is like no other city I’ve ever been to—vibrant, unique, and truly a little world of its own. I really liked my accommodation, especially the pool. The highlight of living here was definitely the amazing, affordable food options! I really enjoyed living in Malaysia and loved the opportunity to learn about its culture and explore the country.

I’ve always wanted to travel around Southeast Asia, especially Malaysia, to experience its culture and food. I’ve had a great time studying and taking modules not available at my home university. Studying abroad made me realize I’m much more resilient than I thought. I struggled to settle in at first, but I managed to overcome my homesickness and enjoy the experience. Moving to Malaysia was one of the best decisions I made. I’ve been welcomed by both Malaysian and international students and made many memories here.

����ԭ�� is home to many international students, and meeting new friends from around the world has been a meaningful experience. The cost of studying in Malaysia is significantly lower than in most English-speaking countries, which makes it an excellent option. Initially, I struggled with classes being in English, but the supportive faculty and staff helped me overcome these challenges. If you need assistance, don’t hesitate to ask Sunway staff—they will kindly help you.

It was a lovely experience at ����ԭ��. I made many friends from different countries and learned a lot about Malaysia. The professors were helpful and made classes fun with their unique teaching approach. The best part about living and studying in Sunway City Kuala Lumpur was feeling safe. My advice to future students: make friends, explore places, and enjoy your classes. Having fun and learning at the same time is the best thing a student can ask for.

Studying abroad at ����ԭ�� transformed me from a shy introvert into someone who embraces challenges and positivity. I shared my Japanese heritage by volunteering to teach the language and showing friends how to wear a kimono. Sunway is the perfect place to connect with international students and feel supported. It’s truly the best place to study abroad!

If you’re unsure which university to choose for your Study Abroad, choose ����ԭ��. My time here has been exciting and memorable. My classmates supported me, helping me gain confidence in speaking English during class discussions. Studying abroad has helped me grow as a person. I no longer stress over small things and have learned to stay calm while handling challenges. I wish I could stay in Malaysia longer. I also encourage mobility students to join clubs and extracurricular activities so you can enjoy both studying and fun activities. Good luck!

It was an incredible year, and I truly enjoyed my psychology workshops, where I met some of the loveliest people who I’m still in contact with today! After overcoming my initial culture shock, I embraced living in Malaysia and came to admire the warmth and friendliness of the people.
