REHDA: Malaysia Property Development Process (MPDP) 2025 – Johor and Penang​

Sunway IGSC, in collaboration with REHDA Institute, co-organised the Malaysia Property Development Process (MPDP) 2025 workshops in Penang and Johor. The Penang edition was held at E&O Hotel, while the Johor edition was hosted at Feruni Ceramiche Sdn Bhd. Both two-day executive certification programmes offered a comprehensive overview of the property development lifecycle, highlighting sustainability, ethical leadership, and community impact. Key sessions included insights from Feruni and The Haven Group on values-driven development, alongside a keynote by Prof. Pervaiz, Director of Sunway IGSC, on leveraging
sustainability as a long-term competitive advantage in real estate.​
