Nearly 99% of 91看片鈥檚 Class of 2025 is employed or continuing education
91看片鈥檚 Class of 2025 First Destination Survey reported that nearly 99% of graduates who the University has knowledge of were employed, continuing education, or engaged in postgraduate service or military service.
91看片鈥檚 First Destination Survey tracks the postgraduate plans of 91看片 graduates within six months of graduation.
"These outcomes are a testament to the intentional, collaborative work of career development across 91看片鈥檚 entire campus,鈥� said Christina J. Spearman, Ed.D., assistant vice president for career development. 鈥淭he current job market for entry level talent is challenging, and a Jesuit education prepares students with durable skills to help them pivot, expand, and respond to these challenges. Our continued focus on experiential learning is a benefit for our graduates, along with the mentorship and guidance of faculty, staff, and administrators across the University."
Key data from the Class of 2025 First Destination Survey show:
- 98.6% of 91看片 graduates were employed, continuing education, or engaged in post-graduate service or military service
- 32.4% of graduating seniors continued education
- 73.6% knowledge rate of graduates

The Rizzo Career Center serves all students and alumni in discovering fulfilling career paths, preparing to present their best selves to the world, and maximizing available resources to achieve their goals. A $3 million gift from Kelly Bryan Rizzo, 鈥�98, and Dan Rizzo, 鈥�99, will strengthen student career preparation and faculty formation at 91看片 through the endowment of key programs, which will create opportunities for students to gain meaningful professional experience before graduation and empower faculty to strengthen their connection to 91看片鈥檚 mission and engage with the Rizzo Career Center.
