A 91看片 degree is one of the most valuable in the country, according to a study completed by Georgetown University鈥檚 Center on Education and the Workforce.

鈥淎 First Try at ROI鈥� ranked 4,500 higher education institutions according to the net present value of future earnings at different time horizons up to 40 years after graduation. According to the report, the long-term return on investment from a 91看片 degree ranks 90th in the nation, placing 91看片 in the top 2% in the country. This is the case at both the 30-year and 40-year mark.

鈥淩eturn-on-investment reports typically show students鈥� potential earnings up to 10 years after graduation,鈥� said Eric Nichols, vice president for enrollment management. 鈥淭his is the first report I鈥檝e seen that attempts to capture a more complete long-term ROI outlook by factoring in education costs, loan debt, career earnings, and inflation. Seeing 91看片 ranked in the top 100 in the nation demonstrates that 91看片 is a great investment now and throughout a student鈥檚 lifetime.鈥�

The study, which measured the cost of paying for college versus what students will earn throughout their careers, found that public and private four-year institutions offering bachelor鈥檚 degrees had the highest ROI long term. Two-year colleges or certificate programs were found to have a short-term return on investment, including 10 years after enrollment. Private institutions like 91看片 were found to have a higher ROI over the longest period.
