Bridging Borders: ÌÇÐÄÔ´´ Hosts India-Malaysia Youth Exchange Programme

sunway university indian students visit

It was a pleasure to welcome 27 students and 6 coordinators from India to ÌÇÐÄÔ´´ as part of the India-Malaysia Youth Exchange and Study Programme on Global Understanding for Sustainable Development (13–17 January 2026).

The participants, aged 15–19, were drawn from several schools across Delhi and Bengaluru, bringing together a vibrant blend of cultures, perspectives, and youthful curiosity. Their visit to Sunway provided a valuable platform for cross-cultural exchange, academic exposure, and meaningful conversations around sustainability and global citizenship.

The School of Mathematical Sciences was privileged to host a sharing session as part of the programme. It was truly encouraging to see the students’ enthusiasm, curiosity, and active participation throughout the session. The interaction went beyond the classroom, with lively discussions, thoughtful questions, and genuine engagement that reflected the spirit of youth exchange and learning.

Programmes like these reaffirm the importance of international collaboration in education-building understanding, inspiring young minds, and nurturing connections that transcend borders. We look forward to more such meaningful engagements in the future and wish all participants continued success in their academic and personal journeys.
